See you in the Whirlwind Dispatches from Saturday Morning Live is the journey of Norman Otis Richmond as a draft resister.

His journey beginning in Louisiana where he was born, he grew up in Los Angeles then escaped to Toronto in 1967 escaping the draft like many others from the United States during the Vietnam War. He was then deported so he had to go underground for 7 years travel around the US, shortly after Gerald Ford’s amnesty came back to settle in Toronto in 1975.
